Can I pay monthly?
All KindNet bundles are annual only — Essential at R390, Family at R490 and Complete at R690 per year. There is no monthly plan at launch.
What activity can I see in reports?
Detailed activity is kept for the last 24 hours to keep your data footprint small. Each night we store daily totals only, so weekly and monthly trends still work. Reporting is in beta while we finish this.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed once every 12 months. Your subscription renews annually unless you cancel.
What does the annual saving mean?
At R490 per year, KindNet works out to about R40.83 per month — compared with R49 per month that's a saving of R98 per year, equivalent to 2 months FREE.
How much does KindNet cost per day?
The annual subscription works out to approximately R1.34 per day of family protection.
How many devices can I enrol?
Essential covers up to 5 devices, Family up to 15, and Complete has no device limit for a single household. Fair-use guidance is described in our Acceptable Use policy.
How do refunds work?
You can cancel at any time to stop future annual renewals. Refund handling is described in the Terms of service.
