KindNet is designed to support privacy-conscious operation and POPIA-aligned processes. This notice describes, in plain language, how we approach your family's data. Final legal text will accompany public launch.
What we collect
Basic account information (parent or guardian name, email), household setup information (number of adults and children, time zone), and information required to enrol supported devices. We do not require children's full legal names, identity numbers or exact birth dates during initial setup.
How we use it
To provide family internet protection, produce Internet Health insights, send weekly summaries, and support your account. Sensitive categories are shown at household level, not per person.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information KindNet holds about your household. Data-control features for account holders are planned. In the meantime, contact us via the Help Centre.
