These terms describe, in plain language, the agreement between KindNet and the person or household using KindNet Protect. Final legal text will accompany public launch.
Account terms
You need to be a parent or guardian, or otherwise authorised for your household, to create a KindNet account. Keep your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use summary
KindNet Protect is intended for household use. See our Acceptable use policy for prohibited uses and enforcement.
Billing
KindNet Protect Family is billed monthly in South African Rand. Prices, taxes and any changes will be shown in your account.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing. Handling of any partial period is described in the full terms.
No absolute guarantee
KindNet reduces exposure to harmful content and threats. It cannot guarantee that every harmful page will be blocked and is not a replacement for antivirus, device updates, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication and parental guidance.
Changes
We may update these terms as KindNet evolves. Material changes will be communicated in your account or by email.
